Reservations Services
  Passenger Name Record

With AMC Airlines, customers are able to choose their own reservation record number when making reservations or purchasing electronic tickets. This reservation number, also known as Passenger Name Record(PNR) is used to identify the reservation or ticket purchase in the system. Computer generated numbers are usually difficult to remember, therefore AMC's customers enjoy the simple way of using their telephone number as their reservation record number when it should become necessary to remember.

Ticketing Services

e-Ticketing Service

  • Beginning Feb 2007, AMC Airlines will offer a new service called e-Ticketing for passengers on  flights. e-Ticketing refers to a system which handles and controls all ticketing operations electronically by issuing various flight-related documents, including airline tickets, online.

  • By removing the need to visit counters in person to collect airline tickets, the service enables passengers to check in or get refunds online through the use of an automated system designed to prevent the loss and theft of tickets. As the system allows the issuance of itinerary certificates by fax or email, customers will find it more convenient to buy airline tickets.
  • With the launch of the new service, AMC Airlines expects to see an increase in sales, a reduction in costs and further growth in productivity. AMC plans to devote even more energy to promoting customer service.
Advanced Seat Selection

  • Until recently, customers could not select seats in advance. But now, all seats are available for advance selection whether they fly  First Class,  Business Class or  Economy Class. Seats are allocated on a first call first served basis.
